ORDOÑEZ MIRANDA EDILBERTO JOSE

Jose Ordoñez Miranda es un investigador del CNRS en el Instituto Pprime en Futuroscope, Francia. Su área de investigación es el transporte de calor via fonones, fotones, electrones y polaritones que se propagan en nanomateriales con aplicaciones en termotrónica. La ecuación de transporte de Boltzmann y las ecuaciones de Maxwell del electromagnetismo son sus principales herramientas de modelado teórico. Jose obtuvo su licenciatura en física aplicada en la Universidad Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohmann en Tacna, Perú y recibió su grado de Maestría en Física del CINVESTAV en Mérida, México. José tiene un doctorado en física otorgado por el CINVESTAV en colaboración con la Universidad de Colorado en Boulder, EE. UU. Realizó un postdoctorado en el laboratorio EM2C en la Ecole Centrale Paris y fue reclutado por el CNRS en octubre de 2015, para el cual actualmente trabaja como investigador científico titular. Como resultado de sus actividades de investigación, desde que comenzó su Ph.D. en 2008, José ha publicado 76 artículos científicos y un capítulo de libro. Su tesis de doctorado ha sido reconocida por el CINVESTAV y la UNAM como la mejor tesis doctoral en ciencias y ciencias de los materiales de México en 2011, respectivamente. Además, fue galardonado con el premio de joven investigador destacado otorgado por la Asociación Internacional de Fotoacústica y Fototérmica (IPPA), en 2014, en Shanghai, China. Jose también a recibido la medalla Jorge Basadre, otorgada por el rectorado de la UNJBG por sus decidido apoyo en el desarrollo de la investigación científica de esta universidad.
